**Fitness Friday, Week #14!**

Oh, hello Friday. Hope you all have had a great week! I'm looking forward to some warmer tempuratures this weekend and LOTS of sun. I"m also really excited because we are headed out to the lake on Saturday to put the sailboats in the water for the first time this year.

On to Fitness Friday!

Honor Courage Commitment

Even though I had a friend in town from Friday until Tuesday, I was still able to get quite a bit of exercise in. Thank goodness for that because we did a LOT of eating out and I'm not super proud of some of my decisions whoops! C is also very into working out so we even hit up the gym a couple times.

Saturday - Walked all around downtown Charleston for about 3-4 hours.
Sunday - Walked all around Magnolia Plantation for about 2-3 hours.
Monday -  Body Pump
Tuesday - Body Flow
Wednesday - Body Blast/ Cx Worx
Thursday - 30 min. run
Friday - Maybe a run?

I really wanted to participate in the whole 30 miles in 30 days thing, but I haven't gotten off to a great start.I am however, running the Color Me Rad race on March 23, so I probably should get my butt back out there. I've just been having so much fun doing these classes at the gym that I haven't had time to run. I was actually considering trying to get up early a couple days a week and run in the morning, Call me crazy?

Our meal plan for next week:

Sunday - Grill Pizzas

Monday - Pasta Night

Wednesday - Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken Salmon (hey, I love garlic)

I feel like I'm starting to run low on recipes, do y'all have any healthy favorites that you can share?? Also, if you are interested in more of my favorites, follow me on Pinterest!

PS - Be sure to link up over the next couple weeks as Lindsay and I will be hosting our first fitness giveaway!

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

That garlic baked shrimp is now on my list!! Have fun this weekend on the lake! I'm hitting the hiking trails praying for some motivation to do more than 3 miles :)

I've made the garlic brown sugar chicken, and while it's a tinge on the sweet side, I really liked it. I should try it with salmon!

If i can ever drag my lazy butt of the couch and start working out again I'll make sure to link up again! Everything has just been so crazy since we've been back from Hawaii! Too much to do!

Do you guys have a sailboat? We were thinking about getting a boat of some kind once we move, I would love to spend every nice weekend out on the water :)
