Though the week two with only fruit wouldn't be for me, but I like the extra options on that one. This one seems better since it involves food and not just liquids. It looks like you are eating very healthy foods it in so I think it would kick start a nice eating plan. I am a vegetarian so eat a lot of fruits and veggies and do not think I could eat JUST fruits so it's nice they give you the option to add something else in.<br />It seems like you will be feeling lighter... if you get what I mean....<br />Also - HI!
