Happy Friday everyone! I'm sure most of you have resumed normal everyday life now that the holidays are over. We are still currently on vacation, but are heading back to Charleston tomorrow. Although its been nice to have all of this time off, I am looking forward to getting home and getting back into the swing of things myself.
The past few days, we have spent in Vermont and have been doing some snowboarding up at Statton Mountain. We have had a great time and I can proudly say, no injuries! Lotssss of soreness though. I'm okay with that because it reminds me that I got in a couple really good workouts :) Not sure how acurate this is, but according to Self.com, you can burn about 1700 calories snowboarding for four hours! We did about six hours the first day and four the second. Hopefully I said goodbye to all of those unwanted holiday calories :)
