Friday night, S and I went out to eat at Queen Anne's Revenge on Daniel Island. It was the second time we've been there, and I really kind of like it. I had the BEST shrimp cocktail I've ever had in my life and S got this little gin cocktail here with blueberries and lemon. It was delicous (and I don't even like gin)!
S had to stand duty on Saturday so that was my time to do whatever I wanted :) I did some shopping in the morning, had lunch at Jim 'N Nicks, then walked the Cooper River Bridge (Ravenal Bridge). It was a beautiful day!
On Sunday, when S got home, we went to church and brunch at the Old Village Post House (one of my favs!) Then decided since it was toasty warm, we would make it a beach day (which I already posted about). I think it was officially the last beach day of the year :(
Yesterday, I made sure to bring some clothes to change into with me and went for a nice three-mile walk downtown after work.
My little baby and some palm trees :) I'm sorry, but taking pictures of palm trees NEVER gets old to me!
Last but not least, here is a little snapshot from my morning commute to work today. I heart Charleston so much!
