Happy Fitness Friday y'all!
Hopefully everyone is off to another great month. As I mentioned yesterday, Lindsay and I have decided to incorporate '50 miles in 30 days' into Fitness Friday. Are you up for the challenge???
I'm not off to a very good start, but am looking forward to getting things going! How is everyone else doing so far?

Love this!! I'm not even close to running yet. I'm at a 3 mile elliptical cardio workout.. and since i've only being doing this a month I'm proud of myself. Anyway thanks for the motivation.. <3, Amy
I'm going to try to walk my 50 miles in 30 days. I'm not going to stress out if I don't get it, but I'm really hoping I do. I think I'm going to walk throughout April to get back into the swing of things, and hope I'm running in May.
